As a plant wisdom practitioner, her practice, FromSoil2Soul, is dedicated to tending people at the nexus of burnout and renewal. Dev’s intersectional approach is based in time-tested earth-based traditions as well as emergent wellness exercises that are applied to address today’s life/work/systemic challenges. Further, Dev's been a community organizer with systems-impacted and underinvested communities for 25 years (indigenous, houseless, and formerly incarcerated people).
